Justin S. Thind
Background & Education: Justin Thind was born in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Justin attended the University of Regina where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honours with a major in Psychology. Prior to attending Law School, Justin worked for the Honourable Ralph Goodale M.P. Justin received his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2002. Immediately following the completion of his degree Justin moved to Calgary and once again entered into the world of politics. Justin began working for the Speaker of the Senate, the Honourable Dan Hays in 2002, and continued to do so prior to commencing his articles with SAJ in September of 2005. Justin was called to the Bar of British Columbia in September of 2006.
Areas of Practice: Justin’s practice consists of Property Law (Residential Conveyances), Civil Litigation (including ICBC/Personal Injury, Family Law), Criminal Law and Immigration Law.
